حقوق بشر ایران (IHRNGO); 13 نوامبر 2023: محمد براهویی انجمنی، محمد کریم برکزایی آکسون و ادریس بیلرانی، سه زندانی سیاسی بلوچ به اتهام «افساد فی الارض از طریق شرکت در اقدامات تروریستی» پس از شکنجه برای اعتراف اجباری به اعدام محکوم شدند. ، مخفیانه در زندان مرکزی زاهدان اعدام شدند. حداقل 114 نفر از زمان شروع جنگ در غزه در ایران اعدام شده اند که 24 اقلیت بلوچ شامل پنج نفر از آنها به دلیل همکاری با گروه های مخالف به اعدام محکوم شده اند.
- به گزارش خبرگزاری میزان به نقل از قوه قضائیه، 22 آبان ماه سه مرد بلوچ در زندان مرکزی زاهدان اعدام شدند. هویت آنها محمد براهویی انجمنی، محمد کریم برکزایی آکسون و ادریس بیلرانی گزارش شده است که به اتهام افساد فی الارض از طریق مشارکت در اقدامات تروریستی به اعدام محکوم شده اند. از زمان آغاز جنگ غزه، حقوق بشر ایران 114 اعدام از جمله 24 اقلیت بلوچ را ثبت کرده است که پنج نفر از آنها به دلیل همکاری با گروه های مخالف به مجازات اعدام محکوم شده اند. مصطفوی نیا با انتساب این سه نفر به جیش العدل، رئیس کل دادگستری استان سیستان و بلوچستان، گفت: آنها به اتهام افساد فی الارض از طریق بمب گذاری تروریستی در کلانتری 12 زاهدان در 29 دی ماه 1397، مشارکت در تروریست به اعدام محکوم شدند. انفجار در مسیر یک خودروی گشت پلیس در 25 ژوئن 2019 که منجر به مجروح شدن چند افسر پلیس و تخریب اموال عمومی و دولتی و قاچاق تجهیزات ساخت بمب شد. به گزارش حال وش که اخبار مربوط به حقوق بشر بلوچ را گزارش می دهد، اعدام آنها مخفیانه و بدون اطلاع خانواده هایشان انجام شده است. آنها از حق خداحافظی با خانواده خود محروم شدند. یک منبع آگاه گفت: این سه زندانی در بازداشتگاه سازمان اطلاعات سپاه زاهدان برای گرفتن اعترافات اجباری مورد شکنجه شدید قرار گرفتند. اقلیت‌های قومی، به‌ویژه بلوچ‌ها، از نظر تعداد اعدامها در ایران به‌شدت بیش از حد حضور دارند. در سال 2022، حداقل 174 اقلیت بلوچ از جمله 3 زن در 22 زندان در سراسر ایران اعدام شدند که 30 درصد از کل اعدام ها را تشکیل می دهد. این در حالی است که آنها تنها 2 تا 6 درصد از جمعیت ایران را تشکیل می دهند. همچنین از سال 2021 تاکنون حداقل 274 بلوچ به اتهامات مربوط به مواد مخدر اعدام شده اند که 40 درصد از کل اعدام های مربوط به مواد مخدر در آن دوره بوده است.

At least 114 people have been executed in Iran since the start of the war in Gaza including 24 Baluch minorities, five of whom received the death penalty for collaborating with opposition groups.
According to the judiciary’s Mizan news agency, three Baluch men were executed in Zahedan Central Prison on 13 November. Their identities have been reported as Mohammad Barahouyi Anjomani, Mohammad Karim Barkazayi Akson and Edris Bilrani who were sentenced to death for charges of efsad-fil-arz(corruption on earth) through participating in terrorist acts.”
Since the start of the war in Gaza, Iran Human Rights has recorded 114 executions including 24 Baluch minorities, five of whom received the death penalty for collaborating with opposition groups.
Attributing the three men to Jaish ul-Adl, the Sistan and Baluchistan province Chief Justice, Mostafavinia said: “They were sentenced to death for corruption on earth through the terrorist bombings of the 12 Zahedan police station on 29 January 2018, participation in the terrorist explosion in the path of a police patrol car on 25 June 2019 which resulted in the injury of several police officers and the destruction of public and government property, and smuggling bomb-making equipment.”
According to Haal Vsh which reports on news about Baluch human rights, their executions were carried out secretly, without their families being notified. They were denied the right to say goodbye to their families. An informed source said: “These three prisoners were subjected to severe torture to extract forced confessions while held in the custody of the IRGC Intelligence organisation in Zahedan.”
Ethnic minorities, the Baluch in particular, are grossly overrepresented in execution numbers in Iran. In 2022, at least 174 Baluch minorities including 3 women, were executed in 22 prisons across Iran, making up 30% of overall executions. This is while they represent just 2-6% of Iran’s population. Furthermore, at least 274 Baluch people have been executed for drug-related charges since 2021, 40% of all drug executions in that time period.
